Oversea exhibition in Viet Nam

In 4 days from May 9th to 12th, 2024, we exhibited at the "Vietnam Medi-Pharm 2024" held in VietNam.✨

The venue was bustling with energy, filled with numerous professionals, companies in the medical field, and general visitors. It was an exciting and full of energy 4 days.

Booth setup

Our Taoyame booth was designed to bring the world of Pakko-chan to life.

As a japan booth, we decorated it with a large tapestry featuring iconic images of Mount Fuji and Tokyo Towerwe decorated it with a large tapestry featuring iconic images of Mount Fuji and Tokyo Tower.🎈

During setup, the air conditioning wasn’t on, so we were working up quite a sweat as we finished the booth💦.

Many visitors stopped by, and some even took photos of the booth.

Challenge faced

The booth attracted so many visitors that we had to increase the number of interpreters, but even then, it wasn''t enough.

We relied on translation apps to assist with communication, but there were times when the translations weren’t accurate, leaving us scrambling 😰

That was when we realized how difficult it is to translate between Vietnamese and Japanese.

Exhibition products and customer's reaction

Given that it was a medical exhibition, our HitoFutami product received particular attention. The uniqueness of having a beauty serum specifically for delicate zones intrigued many visitors.

Additionally, some companies showed interest in buying all the Nade-Hada Pack Cream available at the venue, and there were even visitors who came to our booth after the exhibition had officially ended on the final day.

Summary

The event was wonderful, we sincerely appreciated the hospitality from Viet Nam 😊

We enjoyed delicious food and had the chance to explore the beautiful cityscape which makes the four days become truly memorable.

We are looking forward to visiting Vietnam again and continuing our efforts to spread our brand to even more people.
